AGL能源公司更新了其在澳大利亚维多利亚州拉特罗布峡谷的Loy Yang建造发电站的计划。根据设计，该基地将承载一个200MW的电网级电池。同时，公司正在接受浮式太阳能开发的建议，这将有助于其氢能源供应链项目(HESC)。

AGL首席运营官Markus Brokhof表示:“随着时间的推移，Loy Yang将发展成一个具有越来越多样化能源的使用中心，以便更充分地利用Loy Yang的场地条件和拉特罗布峡谷的独特优势。”
Brokhof表示，该公司的目标是利用Hunter Valley的Antiene煤炭卸载机等资产开发一个配送中心。
他还补充道:“发展计划包括电池场、废物发电、电热太阳能存储，以及凭借公司战略资产基础及特殊的场地条件，寻求更多的发展机会。”
