上周，巴西电力监管机构Aneel和电力交易商会（CCEE）举行了A-3/2021和A-4/2021新能源拍卖会，这是自COVID-19疫情爆发以来首次举办此类拍卖活动。
巴西国家能源和矿产部下属的巴西电力能源研究机构（EPE）已登记1841个项目，总发电量达66862 MW。
总计有7个太阳能项目（共51个）在拍卖中获胜。其中，5个（共33个）是在Leilão A-3/2021中赢得竞标的，还有2个（共18个）是在Leilão A-4/2021中获胜的。
在Leilão A-3/2021中获胜的项目将选址伯南布哥州和帕拉伊巴州，投资金额达6.188亿巴西雷亚尔（合1.18亿美元），总发电量为169.3兆瓦。
而在Leilão A-4/2021获胜的两个项目将建在帕拉伊巴州，投资估算为2.893亿巴西雷亚尔（合5500万美元），发电量共计为100 MW。
Aneel拍卖事务执行秘书处执行董事André Patrus认为，两次拍卖都是成功的。Patrus说道：“我们将提供的所有能源项目成功拍卖，这有助于国家电力矩阵的多样化。考虑到协商的能源价格低于最终价格，这为消费者提供了大幅折扣且节省了大约25亿巴西雷亚尔。”
根据已签署的协议，未来将投资40亿巴西雷亚尔用于电站建设，期限为20年和30年，且将从2024年1月和2025年1月开始供应能源。
在A-3/2021拍卖会上，共有33家公司中标，其中包括3个发电量为35.25 MW的水电项目，23个发电量为251.7 MW的风能项目，两个发电量为91.14 MW的生物质项目。
而A-4/2021拍卖会授予了三个发电量为77.018 MW的水电项目，10个总发电量达167.8 MW的风电项目，3个发电量为92.5 MW的生物质发电项目。
