瑞士太阳能模块制造商Meyer Burger于本周在德国国际太阳能技术博览会(Intersolar)上展示了用于建筑集成光伏(BIPV)项目的新款太阳能瓦片。该新产品是由德国工程公司paXos Consulting & engineering GmbH & Co. KG设计,该公司已将相关专利出售给了Meyer Burger。
该款瓦片的尺寸为44 cm x 33 cm x 3 cm,重量为2.5 kg。paXos公司的总经理Peter Hakenberg表示,该款瓦片比普通屋顶瓦片更轻。因此这是一个重要优势,特别是在考虑雪负荷的情况下。
在夏季,这些黑色光伏瓦片的发热十分显著,这就是为什么要在砖结构设置一个从下到上的连续通风管道,以产生烟囱效应,在屋脊将热空气排出或用于加热。在冬季,当温差不是很大时,可使用专用风扇吸进加热后的空气,然后将其输送至热交换器或热泵。
Hakenberg表示,paXos原型已经在风洞和其他实际测试中进行了评估。他说,与传统屋顶系统相比,公司希望该款瓦片能显著降低成本。
Meyer Burger的服务主管Frank Hoetzsch宣布,该公司将于2022年下半年开始生产该款瓦片。他指出,该公司正在与科隆应用科学大学进行测试,以确定该款新产品的确切热性能。
