该法案中增加了追踪者。结构紧固件将获得2.28美元/千克的奖励，纵向檩条为0.87美元/千克。
BBB法案中还新增了逆变器。容量为650瓦或更低的微型逆变器可获得0.11美元/瓦的奖励，而容量为20千瓦或更低的其他家用逆变器可获得0.065美元/瓦。20至170千瓦的商用逆变器将有资格获得2美分/瓦的奖励。
一旦BBB通过，容量在170千瓦和1 MW之间的公用事业规模逆变器将获得0.015美元/瓦的前期奖励，容量大于1 MW的集中式逆变器将有资格获得0.025美元/瓦的奖励。
