在纽约证券交易所上市的印度新德里可再生能源开发商Azure Power今日宣布，其从印度太阳能公司（SECI）获得的一个600 MW并网太阳能项目正式投产。
该项目位于拉贾斯坦邦的比卡内尔区，是印度最大的光伏电站，由一家开发商在同一地点拥有并运营。
该项目是分阶段投产的，最后的100 MW从周六开始并网。
项目所产生的电力将以2.53印度卢比/千瓦时的价格供应给SECI，且持续25年。
Azure Power表示，最新项目阶段的完成使其在印度的高性能、可运作太阳能资产的产能达到了2.51 GW。
Azure董事总经理兼首席执行官Ranjit Gupta说道：“我们以一种令人难以置信的方式开启了新年。该项目启动之初正值印度Covid-19疫情爆发，我们在封锁和安全担忧中面临着诸多挑战。尽管如此，在优先考虑所有员工和社区的健康和安全的前提下，我们成功交付了性能极佳的资产，也无比自豪我们在朝着更有弹性且可持续发展的未来道路中实现了新的里程碑。”
