信实工业有限公司（RIL）是印度最大的私营公司，其2020-21财年净利润突破了5373.9亿卢比（合74亿美元）。RIL已同意向古吉拉特邦绿色能源项目投资5.6万亿卢比（超过750亿美元）。今日，该公司与古吉拉特邦政府就向该州的拟议投资签署了协议。
信实工业将在10至15年内向该州投资5万亿卢比（合676亿美元），以建设100 GW可再生能源发电厂和绿色氢生态系统。
该公司发表声明称：“RIL将开发一套生态系统来帮助中小企业（SME），并鼓励企业家拥抱新技术与创新成果，从而实现可再生能源和绿色氢能的自产自用。
信实工业公司已开始在喀奇县、巴纳斯坎塔县和托莱拉寻找100GW可再生能源发电项目用地，且在喀奇县找到了45万英亩的土地。
RIL还将投资6千万卢比（合81亿美元）建立生产设施来制造新的可再生能源设备。其中包括一家完全垂直整合的多晶硅太阳能电池组件生产工厂以及电解槽、储能电池和燃料电池制造。
RIL还计划在未来三到五年内向现有项目及新项目投资2500亿卢比（合33.8亿美元）。但该公司未在声明中提及这项投资所涵盖的业务。
