荷兰电力和天然气供应商Liander——服务范围涵盖格尔德兰省和北荷兰省，以及弗莱福兰、弗里斯兰和南荷兰省的部分地区——宣布，弗里斯兰和格尔德兰省出现了新的电网瓶颈，两省均已达到最大电网容量。

在过去的两年里，Liander已在荷兰多个地区实施诸多措施来增加电网容量，这些地区受电网限制且因此阻碍了更多可再生能源发电厂的并网。具体措施包括部署两个大型变压器并实施电网瓶颈拥塞管理。
