意大利政府公布了新的一揽子措施——DL Energia法令，以便减少意大利家庭和企业的能源开支。
新规定包括尽可能简化装机容量在50kW到200kW之间的商业屋顶光伏系统的安装审批手续。在意大利，这些系统可以适用被称为“Scambio sul posto”的国家净计量计划。
从5月起，企业将被允许只使用一种申请表格，来开始部署屋顶太阳能阵列。这种所谓的“Modello Unico Semplificato”表格通常用于普通建筑维护项目。此前这一流程只面向装机容量不超过50kW的光伏系统的业主。
意大利政府还决定拨款2.67亿欧元（合2.94亿美元），帮助中小型企业部署用于自用型光伏系统。这些资金将用于退税，帮助企业支付购买和安装太阳能电池阵列的部分费用。
在意大利南部的阿布鲁佐、巴西利卡塔、卡拉布里亚、坎帕尼亚、莫利塞、普利亚、撒丁岛和西西里等地区经营的企业也将享受财政优惠。这些激励措施将提供给那些决定通过投资太阳能或能源效率来减少其能源费用的公司。
