Tata Power 宣布它旗下的Tata Power Renewable Energy 在印度马哈拉施特拉邦Partur启动了一个100MW/138MWp的太阳能项目。
该工厂拥有超过4,11,900个单晶光伏模组，占地面积600英亩。它将向马哈拉施特拉邦电力配送有限公司（Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.）供电。它每年预计能抵消大约2亿3400万吨二氧化碳。
该项目由Tata Power的 EPC子公司 Tata Power Solar Systems执行，期限为三个半月。 Tata Power现有的可再生能源产能大约为3.6GW，包括2.7GW太阳能和932MW风能。它的可再生能源总产能为4.9GW，包括正处于各个实施阶段的1.3GW项目。
还有另外一个发展项目。总部位于Gurugram的Acme Solar宣布，它已经启动了位于拉贾斯坦邦焦特布尔地区的一个300MW太阳能发电项目。这个位于Badiseed村的项目是Acme迄今为止最大的单一区域项目。
这家位于拉贾斯坦邦的工厂将向马哈拉施特拉邦供电，全部电力将售予马哈拉施特拉邦电力配送有限公司。Acme Solar说，尽管疫情已引起供应链中断，模组价格也在不断上涨，它仍然能在最短的时间内完成这个项目。
“我们连续遇到了两轮新冠病毒疫情，不得不关停在当地的工厂。供应链中断以及太阳能模组和其它设备价格的不断飙升给我们带来了沉重的负担。”Acme Solar首席运营官Sandeep Kashyap说道。“几乎所有的配件价格都达到历史高位，而运费也上涨了好多倍。我们克服了所有的困难，在最短的时间内成功启动了这个项目。”
Acme Solar目前正在执行另一个1.75GW太阳能项目。
