菲律宾能源部（DOE）的绿色能源拍卖投标评估和奖励委员会（GEA-BEAC）公布了最近一次拍卖会的19名中标方名单，此次拍卖分配了2 GW可再生能源容量。
GEA-BEAC在1月份启动了这次拍卖，且此前已预选了24名投标方进入采购活动的最后阶段。总体而言，采购活动分配了1,966.4 MW可再生能源，其中约119.1 MW为水电、1.490.3 GW为大规模太阳能、374 MW为风电、3.4 MW为生物质能发电量。
此次拍卖的主要中标方是Solar Philippines Nueva Ecija Corp.（SPNEC），该公司在吕宋岛地区获得了三个容量分别为200 MW、280 MW和450 MW的光伏项目。此外，它还赢得了维萨亚斯地区一个300 MW的太阳能项目以及棉兰老岛一个200 MW的项目。
在吕宋岛地区，Pavi Green Renewable Energy获得了一个40.4 MW的PC项目，而Greenergy Solutions赢得了一个99.9 MW的项目。但GEA-BEAC尚未透露此次拍卖的最终成交价。
“中标方按照从最低到最高报价排序，并对应于每个电网的相关可再生能源技术进行分组。”该委员会透露，但没有提供更多细节。
菲律宾能源管理委员会（ERC）已针对光伏技术设置了3.628菲律宾比索（0.066美元）/千瓦时的价格上限，且风力发电的价格上限是5.2887菲律宾比索。
菲律宾政府宣布计划于2020年2月引入绿色能源关税计划拍卖制度。
