荷兰国有天然气基础设施专家Gasunie宣布计划建设一套将“无碳”氢能供需联接起来的国家网络系统。
Gasunie表示,该网络的初始容量将达到10 GW,其建设将需要约15亿欧元的投资。
该公司表示:“国家氢气网络必须在2027年准备就绪,将由85%的再生天然气管道组成,并辅以新管道。这样做的一个主要优势是,成本将比铺设全新管道低四倍。”
首批管道的开发可能会在夏季之后开始,并优先考虑鹿特丹和格罗宁根等氢能发展强劲的地区。
Gasunie首席执行官Han Fennema表示:“相互连接的国家基础设施不仅将我们的港口和产业集群相互连接,还与储氢地点连接起来,而且还将连接到我们的邻国。”
该网络的第一部分将建在荷兰北部。它们最终将与德国北部的资产相关联,初步计划将于2025年投入运营。
Fennema在谈到Gasuine于2018年在现有天然气基础设施上建造的12公里氢气管道时说道:“在氢能领域,我们已经获得了三年前在Zeeuws-Vlaanderen将地下管道转换为氢气管道的经验。”
4月,鹿特丹散货码头运营商HES International(HES)和荷兰储能专家Vopak签署了一项协议,共同开发作为储氢载体的绿色氨气的进口码头。
该公司当时表示:“该码头将以ACE码头的名义在马斯夫拉克特运营,并将在2026年投入运营。”
荷兰输电系统运营商Enexis、Gasunie和Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij BV(NAM)从2019年底开始考虑利用荷兰东北部过剩的太阳能发电容量生产氢气。
