位于印度哈里亚纳邦的Sanvaru Technology透露，其在印度的锂电池生产能力将增加三倍以上，达到每年400 MWh。
Sanvaru目前在哈里亚纳邦索内帕特县拥有一家年产125 MWh的工厂，专门生产用于太阳能储能和电动汽车领域的锂电池。该公司正在实施扩张计划，下一家工厂将建在北阿坎德邦赫尔德瓦尔。
Sanvaru Technology新兴技术国际业务总监Sunil Bhatnagar告诉《光伏》杂志：“我们预计今年的收入将突破[2200万美元]，因为我们已经收到了许多订单意向书。”
据Bhatnagar透露，电动汽车市场正在扩张，两轮车和三轮车销量领先。对于四轮车来说，电动巴士市场正迅速成为一种大众快速交通方式。Bhatnagar表示，另一个潜在扩张领域是电动拖拉机，它适合出口，但如今国内市场需求也在上升。
为了顺应最新市场趋势，Sanvaru将重心放在电动汽车的锂电池上。在太阳能方面，它主要生产高压储能系统。它还生产一些用于医疗设备和电动摩托车的电池。
“[一款]电动巴士电池也在研发当中，它与电动卡车电池非常相似。我们即将推出另一种垂直方案，即兆瓦级集装箱解决方案，Sanvaru正在全面开展前期工作。”
Sanvaru拥有遍布整个印度的供应商群体，并向邻国及非洲市场出口电池。
