德国弗赖堡足球俱乐部宣布，德国系统集成商Badenova已完成其欧洲公园体育场屋顶的2.4 MW屋顶太阳能阵列的建设。
该太阳能设施是全球第二大足球场光伏系统，仅次于部署在巴西的巴西利亚“马内·加林沙”国家体育场的2.5 MW屋顶阵列。
弗赖堡的屋顶光伏系统预计将于9月并网，届时弗劳恩霍夫太阳能系统研究所（Fraunhofer ISE）和测试认证机构VDE将对其进行认证。
来自瑞士公司Meyer Burger的约6000块异质结太阳能组件被安装在15000平方米的屋顶上。Badenova公司为该系统投资了约230万欧元（230万美元），拥有20年的经营权。
Badenova的子公司Badenovawärmeplus的总经理Klaus Preiser说：“我们不仅要为类似项目树立可持续和创新的榜样，而且要树立组件质量和采购的榜样。
最后一批组件在一个月前部署完毕。
