L’Lios 面板有三个版本，功率输出从530 W到540 W，功率转换效率从20.59%到20.98%。开路电压在48.8V和49.3V之间，短路电流在13.38A和13.51A之间。
面板尺寸为2,272 mm x 1,133 mm x 40 mm，重量为28.6 kg，采用3.2 mm钢化防反射玻璃和铝合金框架。面板的温度系数为每摄氏度-0.39%，其工作温度范围为-40℃至85℃。
这款新品提供30年线性功率输出保证和12年的产品保证。据称第一年退化率为2%，30年的最终功率输出保证不低于额定输出功率的83.0%。
Rayzon Solar在古吉拉特邦的Karanj Kim Surat运营一家300 MW的光伏组件工厂，其目标是到2025年达到5 GW产能。
