根据Energieopwek.nl发布的最新数据,今年8月份, 荷兰太阳能发电量可满足荷兰总用电需求的25.5%左右。Energieopwek.nl由格罗宁根汉斯大学、Tennet、Gasunie和Netbeheer Nederland组成的财团控制。
太阳能占比增加主要由以下三个因素造成:全年上网光伏设施数量增加;电力需求下降;日照时间增加。根据Energieopwek.nl的数据,荷兰皇家气象研究所(KNMI)录得8月份日照时间为289小时,而全年月度均值为205小时。8月份是有记录以来阳光第二充足的月份。
8月份,太阳能是仅次于“传统能源”(满足了51.9%的需求)的第二大电力来源。第三大电力来源是生物质(占12.3%),随后分别是陆上风能(占5.6%)和海上风能(占4.5%)。水电所占的比例最低,仅为0.1%。
综合而言,可再生能源占比为48%,而2021年8月为42%。法国气候协议(Klimaatakkoord)设定的目标是,到2030年实现可再生能源占比达到70%。
荷兰中央统计局数据显示,到2021年底,荷兰累计光伏装机容量达到了14.3GW 。荷兰应用科学研究组织(TNO)最近一份报告指出,到2050年,荷兰光伏发电量将达到132GW。
