荷兰有望在2022年再增3.3 GW新光伏发电产能,足以使太阳能装机总量达到17.6 GW。
荷兰国营 Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO)机构新发布的数据显示,如果上述数字经过实际部署证实,则安装的所有光伏系统可覆盖12%以上的电力需求。RVO举了太阳能项目未最终部署的多个例子,比如由于屋顶建筑被发现不适合安装太阳能组件,或是因为电网拥堵,新项目没有立即并网。
此外,RVO报告称光伏装机容量在2021年底时已达14.4 GW,太阳能占总电力需求的9.3%左右,其中大部分容量——8.6 GW来自超过15 kW的系统,剩余5.8 GW来自较小型装置。
该机构还表示,2021年荷兰约有3.5 GW新光伏装置接入电网,比荷兰中央统计局3月份发布的数据高出约200 MW,当时估计的新安装太阳能容量约为3.3 GW。
针对大规模可再生能源的SDE++计划仍是该国规划和签约光伏产能的主要驱动力。
荷兰应用科学研究组织(TNO)最近的一份报告指出,到2050年,荷兰的光伏发电量有望达132 GW。
