在依据该标准进行认证时,TÜV Rheinland公司的专家们会根据建筑要求和相关电工技术规范,检查BIPV面板的性能。他们参考了欧洲建筑产品法规CPR 305/2011,该法规整合了欧盟建筑产品的营销规则。他们还会参考2014/35/EU低压指令,因为该指令能确保电气设备在一定电压限制下,为欧洲公民提供高水平的保护。此外,他们还关注CENELEC标准,该标准能够确保在欧洲市场销售的电气和电子产品符合该行业的规范和立法要求。
TÜV Rheinland公司太阳能事业部负责人Lukas Jakisch表示:“新的TÜV Rheinland认证提供了一种解决方案,使建筑集成光伏模块在销售前通过独立和标准化的测试和质量保证程序。”
如果新兴产业想要从小众走向主流,就必须在BIPV以及它与传统屋顶光伏技术的差异化问题上达成共识。IEA-PVPS最近发表了一份报告,将世界不同地区的发展成果汇集成一套明确的标准。他们根据产品在建筑材料和产能设备中扮演的不同角色,明确定义了不同产品的功能。在系统层面,报告指出了三种主要类型的BIPV系统:屋顶、立面和外部集成设备。
