根据英国海运咨询机构德鲁里(Drewry)的数据,近几个月运费大幅下降,目前已接近疫情前水平。
世界集装箱运价指数(WCI)显示,本周运费下降7%,连降39周,比2021年同一周低74%。
“最新的德鲁里WCI综合指数为每40英尺集装箱2404美元,比2021年9月达到的峰值10377美元低77%,”该咨询机构透露,“比五年平均数3768美元低36%,表明价格回归更正常状态,但仍比2019年(疫情前)的平均价格1420美元高82%。”
PI Berlin S.L.的总经理Asier Ukar告诉《光伏》杂志,疫情前的集装箱运输成本为1,500至2,000美元。他说:“在疫情达到高峰及之后达到了20,000美元。”
他指出,目前运费约占组件总成本的4%。2021年8月,电池面板成本约为$0.27/W,其在离岸价(FOB)组件定价中约占20%。
“现在的运输成本为3,500美元左右,意味着对一个装有620个400W组件的集装箱,成本约为$0.01/W,”Ukar说,“新冠危机让欧盟和美国大多数港口变得拥挤不堪,集装箱不能按时进港,导致组件数量减少,价格上升。”
他补充说,预计航运成本在短期内不会上升。
