波兰政府透露，将提高Mój Prąd（自用电力）退税计划下的住宅光伏和储能装置的补贴水平。
按照该计划的网站信息，从12月15日起，太阳能补贴将从4000兹罗提增至6000兹罗提，储能退税将增加一倍多，从7500兹罗提增至16000兹罗提。该计划面向2 kW至10 kW的住宅屋顶光伏项目和2 kWh起的储能装置开放，
变化将覆盖4月推出的第四版退税计划的受众。政府还将当前版本的MójPrąd的申请征集时间从2022年12月底延长到2023年3月底。
准消费者可根据一份规定将微型装置所发电力注入波兰电网的协议提交申请。计划从2019年启动以来已向411,494个光伏项目分配了超过17亿兹罗提。
计划资金总额为53.4亿兹罗提，将一直接受申请直到资金用尽。在2021年至2023年期间，该计划的第三和第四版已经分配了多达8.55亿兹罗提。随着俄罗斯持续入侵乌克兰，提高退税率旨在加强波兰的能源安全。
