东京都政府已授予日本房地产公司Tokyu Land在东京湾地区建造一个海上浮式光伏示范项目的合同。
Tokyu Land声明将与荷兰海上光伏专家SolarDuck和东京的Everblue Technologies合作建造该示范项目,并表示将在与东京都政府政策规划局磋商后提供更多项目细节。这三家公司的目标是未来在日本全国实现浮式解决方案商业化。
2021年,SolarDuck公布了第一个将其浮式结构技术用于河口、自然港和近海地点的太阳能示范项目,在荷兰海尔德兰省IJzendoorn附近的Waal(莱茵河)河道上的一个近岸地点部署64 kW的系统。
最近,SolarDuck同意与代尔夫特理工大学(TU Delft)、荷兰应用科学研究组织(TNO)、荷兰海事研究所(MARIN)和Deltares合作,在北海开发一个试点项目。该企业联盟从荷兰政府处获得了780万欧元资金。
该浮式阵列将太阳能电池板固定在离水面3米多高处,并能应对沿海海况和飓风的影响,而且针对河口和天然港的海上场地以及近岸场地进行了系统优化。
基础浮式平台是16米 x 16米 x 16米的三角形结构,类似于海上浮式风电平台或浮式石井平台,可以灵活地连接在一起,形成大型发电站。
