法国替代能源和原子能委员会旗下分部国家太阳能研究所 (INES)的研究人员基于生态设计原则研发出一款住宅用的异质结(HJT)太阳能组件。
该示范组件的功率输出为556W,平均效率为22.9%,组件为无间隙设计。异质结电池在法国INES的CEA试验性生产线上制造,其创新技术限制了铟和银消耗。
CEA在声明中表示:“该产品实现了317kgCO2eq/kWp的超低碳足迹,将我们的实验室提高到了欧洲前沿水准。”
新组件使用挪威制造的130微米厚硅晶圆而非170微米的硅晶圆,从而在电池规模上减少了碳足迹。硅晶圆的多晶硅源自德国。
该光伏板在法国完全组装,使用了2mm玻璃。它具有来自欧洲的木制框架,替换了标准的铝制框架。这至少将碳足迹减少了50 kgCO2eq/kW。
德国、挪威和法国电力组合中的低碳组合是降低该组件碳足迹的关键因素。根据CEA,这些国家的碳强度分别为650 gCO2eq/kWh,29 gCO2eq/kWh和52 gCO2eq/kWh。
“‘可循环利用设计’方案让我们选择了欧洲产的无氟热塑密封材料和背板,这将有利于循环利用,”CEA表示。
生态设计方案包含一个基于ISO14040和ISO14044标准的生命周期评估。
