罗马尼亚总理Nicolae Ciucă表示，政府今年将为Casa Verde Fotovoltaice（绿色光伏家庭）计划拨款30亿罗马尼亚新列伊（6.662亿美元），支持国家净计量制度下的住宅太阳能安装。
该计划为规模大于3 kW的装置提供补贴，覆盖高达90%的阵列成本，只要常规项目补助不超过20,000罗马尼亚新列伊，偏远地区不超过25,000罗马尼亚新列伊。
罗马尼亚当局表示将通过新预算促进部署超过15万个光伏系统。政府表示这个雄心勃勃的目标可通过简化屋顶阵列安装新规来实现。
Ciucă说：“房主只需出示身份文件、受益人未欠国家或地方当局债务的证明，以及电网连接许可证。”
罗马尼亚负责环境保护的国家机构——环境基金管理局（AFM）可能会在2月中旬批准新预算，并在3月发起号召，选择感兴趣的房主。2022年，环境部为该补贴计划拨款2.8亿罗马尼亚新列伊。
罗马尼亚的净计量法规适用于所有规模不超过100 kW的系统，包括对容量不超过27 kW的光伏系统业主提供财政奖励。根据该计划，可再生能源系统的所有者可以向该国的四家电力分销商——Enel、CEZ、Eon和Electrica出售剩余电力，具体价格由能源监管机构按具体分销商制定。
根据国际可再生能源机构（IRENA）的最新统计数据，截至2021年年底，罗马尼亚共安装了1,396 MW太阳能。
