日本丰田集团（Toyota Group）旗下丰田通商株式会社已同意收购SB Energy公司——作为软银集团旗下的日本可再生能源开发商——85%的股权。
“SB Energy将成为丰田通商的子公司。丰田通商的持股比例为85%，另外15%由软银的一家关联公司持有。”软银在一份声明中表示，但没有透露有关此次交易的财务细节。“[我们]将与其集团公司展开可再生能源领域的合作，比如共同开发可再生能源、调整电力供需等，努力实现碳中和目标。”
目前，SB Energy在日本拥有并运营773 MW的可再生能源资产，包括667.1 MW的太阳能和55.9 MW的风能。此次投资组合将扩充丰田Eurus Energy部门的业务。
软银表示：“随着SB Energy的加入，丰田通商集团有望在风电和太阳能发电领域成为日本最大的发电商之一。”
