去年5月份的第三次招标中，项目最终价格介于0.07欧元/千瓦时至0.0891欧元/千瓦时之间。
去年1月份的第二次光伏招标中，德国联邦网络局（Bundesnetagentur）共审查了209个投标项目，总装机容量达233 MW。该局最终选择了其中的136个项目，总装机量为154 MW。项目最终价格介于0.0570欧元/千瓦时至0.0828欧元/千瓦时之间，最终均价为0.0743欧元。
2021年7月份的第一次太阳能招标中，该局共收到168个项目投标，总装机容量为213 MW，最终选择了其中114个项目，总容量为152 MW。项目最终价格介于0.0535欧元/千瓦时至0.0789欧元/千瓦时之间，最终均价为0.0688欧元。
