芬兰的Intelligent Control Systems Ltd. 推出的新型光重定向膜,据说能将异质结(HJT)太阳能电池板发电量提高3.8%。

弗劳恩霍夫太阳能系统研究所(Fraunhofer ISE)在数种面板上测试了这种膜,它们基于两种不同的SEO配置和M6半切HJT太阳能电池,电池间距为1.7毫米,串间距为2毫米。公司明确指出:“测试使用开箱即用的太阳能电池,没有做任何额外修改或分选。”
据Intelligent Control Systems称,测试显示,采用两种不同SEO架构的组件的电力转换效率分别提高了0.66%和0.75%,相当于发电量增加3.3%和3.8%。
