阿根廷石油和天然气供应商YPF Luz已在阿根廷北部圣胡安省贝拉维斯塔镇附近启动了一座100 MW的太阳能发电厂。这座Zonda光伏设施是一个300 MW太阳能项目的第一阶段，而项目后期阶段的具体时间尚未确定。
YPF Luz投资了大约9000万美元建造这座100 MW的发电厂。其中6390万美元是通过发行绿色债券筹集的。Zonda发电厂从2022年2月开工建设。其容量因子为36%，在200公顷的土地上共计安装了170880块双面太阳能电池板。
这家太阳能发电厂已经获得了阿根廷全国电力批发市场管理公司（Cammesa）批准。YPF Luz公司表示，首期30 MW工程已经投入运营，“后期阶段即将投产，因此该发电厂很快将开始全面运营。”
这个300 MW的项目由阿根廷政府在RenovAr计划第一轮中选定，由中国进出口银行以及在项目所在的胡胡伊省发行的2.1亿美元债券提供资金。阿根廷胡胡伊省国家能源矿业公司（Jemse）拥有该项目80%的股份，其余20%则由中国电力建设集团、上海电气集团和腾晖光伏（Talesun）共同持有。
