巴西国家电力监管机构(Aneel)的数据表明,截至2023年4月20日,在遍布巴西的5526个城市已有超过180万套分布式光伏发电系统实现并网发电,为240万个消费者单元供电。在该国20.444 GW的分布式发电总量当中,20.186 GW来自太阳能发电。
圣保罗州(2.741 GW)、米纳斯吉拉斯州(2.653 GW)、南里奥格兰德州(2.131 GW)、巴拉那州(1.901 GW)和圣卡塔琳娜州(1.392 GW)的装机容量居巴西各州之首。
巴西的分布式太阳能发电系统大多安装在消费现场。其中,超过15.6 GW安装在150万套系统中,为安装所在地的消费者单元提供能源。远程自发自用系统位列第二,总容量为4.4 GW,分布在325000套太阳能装置中。而能源社区的装机容量仅为109 MW,分布在4431套系统中。
住宅屋顶系统发电量为10.2 GW,占到分布式发电装机容量的一半多一点,且分布在147.6万套系统中。
