三菱重工业集团旗下子公司三菱动力株式会社已开始在挪威海鲁亚工业园和日本高砂氢气园区(Takasago Hydrogen Park)的两个5.5MW电解槽启动验证流程。
挪威电解槽的短期验证(包括96个小时的基本负荷运行)已经完成。日本的电解槽长期验证正在现实条件下进行中,试验内容包括性能、操作、启动、停机、气体质量、安全性和数字控制集成等。
三菱动力表示,“试验目标包括性能、操作、启动、停机、气体质量、安全性和数字控制集成。”
三菱动力计划将这些单堆加压碱性电解槽的设计纳入美国犹他州德尔塔市的先进清洁能源蓄能(ACES Delta)项目。这是一项与雪佛龙公司合作的绿色氢倡议,将于2025年开始商业运营。
该设施将使用可再生能源,并在两个150GWH容量的盐洞中储存氢气。这些电解槽由挪威HydrogenPro AS提供,该公司此前与三菱动力合作建造了世界上最大的单堆高压碱性电解槽之一。
这家日本公司在当时发布的一份声明中表示,“该订单彰显了我们对HydrogenPro电解槽系统的信心,因为我们从去年开始与HydrogenPro合作,在挪威建造并验证了世界上最大的单堆高压碱性电解槽系统之一。”
在正常电流密度下,HydrogenPro电解槽的氢气产量为1100立方米/小时,相当于每小时产出100千克纯氢气,树立了新的行业标准。
