瑞典室内光伏专家Epishine已建成一个新的生产设施,其标准6联电池50 mm x 50 mm有机光伏(OPV)太阳能组件的年生产能力达1亿套。

该公司采用卷对卷生产工艺制造用于低功耗电子设备的室内光伏组件,该工艺使用槽模涂布机,将不到1微米厚的太阳能电池堆涂到50微米的箔上。
箔片预印有银母线和识别标记,需要经过专门的层压和固化步骤,然后进行内联封装和切割,制作成0.2毫米厚的成品组件。
排在生产之后的是质量测试。Bergqvist说:“我们对每个组件进行性能测试,并有一个可内联使用的定制视觉检测系统。”他指出,针对弱光性能测试的技术规范的出现,将提高室内光伏行业成功的机会。
该公司声称,与其他方法相比,该工艺的温度相对较低,材料利用率较高,并有经第三方审查的独立生命周期评估作为支持。Bergqvist说:“我们正计划将银转换成铜,以进一步减少资源的使用。”
考虑到未来的扩张,工厂将地址选在了Linköping工业区内。
