由德国安装系统供应商K2 Systems和瑞士EPC承包商Solarmotion组成的一个联合体已在瑞士阿彭策尔州托伊芬市一条绕行公路上部署了一个垂直光伏系统。
该阵列安装在倾斜度为75度的挡土墙上,装机容量为325kW。该阵列使用一家未披露供应商提供的756个双玻璃全黑太阳能模块。
K2 Systems表示,用于该装置的安装解决方案使用“K2 BasicRail”安装导轨和HUS螺钉锚。位于列支敦斯登的Hilti公司为该项目提供机械销钉。
在系统配置中,使用粘合剂技术将光伏系统的部件以及作为基材的K2建筑保护垫固定在砌体上。为了不影响挡土墙的静力学,公司必须考虑锚固深度不得超过90mm。
瑞士道路监察局的工程办公室检查了规划阶段的所有静态计算结果。
公司已在两个月内完成了这个项目。由于靠近沥青,K2安装系统仍然需要达到特殊腐蚀要求,其组件使用阳极氧化铝进行覆盖保护。紧固系统的部件采用铝合金和A2不锈钢材料。
该光伏系统计划于12月正式投入使用。预计该垂直阵列将实现良好产出,特别是在冬季。总体而言,预计太阳能年发电量在230,000kWh左右。
根据瑞士的上网电价制度,该系统将向当地能源供应商St. Gallisch-Appenzellische Kraftwerke AG (SAK)的电网注入电力。
