阿达尼绿色能源公司宣布，其成立了两家新的敲降结构（step-down）子公司。
阿达尼绿色能源公司的Adani Saur Urja部门已成立全资子公司Adani Renewable Energy Fifty One；其姊妹公司Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine成立了Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Five。
该公司表示：“新成立子公司的主要目的是利用风能、太阳能或其他可再生能源产生、开发、转换、分配、传输、出售、供应任何类型的电力或电能。”
在最近的证券交易所声明中，阿达尼绿色能源公司表示，其关联公司Mundra Solar Energy获得了印度太阳能公司（Solar Energy Corp. of India）授予的2 GW太阳能电池和组件工厂的商业运营日期认证。
阿达尼绿色能源公司通过其全资子公司Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four Ltd.持有Mundra Solar Energy公司26%的股份。
