法国生态转型部称，在10月至12月期间，约有955 MW的新光伏系统并网。到2023年12月底，法国累计光伏装机容量达到20.0 GW。
其中，开发商在法国本土安装了约19.3 GW，其余部分位于海外领地和科西嘉岛。
法国2023年全年新增太阳能发电量3.2 GW。作为比较，法国在2022年和2021年分别新增了2.68 GW和2.57 GW，申请并网的排队太阳能项目总容量为14 GW。
2023年申请并网的排队太阳能项目总容量达到22.4 GW [M1] ，其中约5.8 GW已签订初步并网协议。
今年截至目前，新阿基坦大区、奥弗涅-罗纳-阿尔卑斯大区、普罗旺斯-阿尔卑斯-蓝色海岸大区和大东部大区占新并网容量的48%。这几个大区作为装机容量排在前列的地区，截至2023年12月底时共占法国累计接入电力总量的53%以上。
