在德国某葡萄园中,TMS22传感器被集成到单轴架空光伏系统中。这属于一个名为Weinbau 4.0的200 kW多年期项目,研究目的包括光伏性能和太阳能组件对葡萄生长的影响。
项目合作伙伴是德国离网光伏系统专家Intech Clean Energy、两家德国农业设备供应商TYOE ZG Raiffeisen Technik和BRAUN Maschinenbau,以及弗莱堡州立葡萄栽培研究所和埃门登根地区商业发展合作组织。

SICK用于光伏应用的倾角测量传感器有两种型号,TMS22用于单轴跟踪,TMM22用于双轴跟踪,测量范围分别为360度和90度。
两种型号的尺寸均为38.8 mm x 30 mm x 10.4 mm,公差约为0.1度,都是嵌入注塑密封外壳中的微机电(MEMS)传感器,符合IP66至IP69K标准。模拟接口范围为0 V至10 V和4 mA至20 mA,工作温度在-40 C至80 C之间。
SICK传感器还用于Weinbau 4.0项目的其他部分,包括环境、天气和气候传感器以及智能图像传感器,例如,三维激光雷达传感器可实现半自动拖拉机的导航,倾角传感器可测量拖拉机的方向。
