2023财年(即2023年4月至2024年3月期间),日本可再生能源削减量激增。
根据由日本经济产业省提供的数据,日本可再生能源研究所称,太阳能和风能削减量从2018财年大约0.10 TWh增加到上一财年的1.76 TWh左右。
该研究所表示:“这一数值相当于澳大利亚和加利福尼亚的两倍多。”
2022财年可再生能源削减量达到0.57 TWh,2021财年达到0.53 TWh,且此前两年的削减量分别为0.40 TWh和0.46 TWh。
据可再生能源研究所透露:“在2021财年之前,削减范围仅限于九州。如今,削减影响着东京地区以外的所有电力系统。九州的情况尤为严重,预计该地区2023财年的太阳能和风能削减幅度将达到近7%。”
该研究所表示,容量在10 kW及以下的光伏系统不会受到削减的影响,并指出“主要是削减太阳能”。该研究所还补充说,光伏发电集中在“太阳辐照度条件良好且耗电量最低”的日间和春季。
该研究所建议将经济调度和负电价作为降低未来几年内削减量的解决办法。
根据国际可再生能源机构(IRENA)的数据,截至2023年底,日本光伏累计装机量达到87.0 GW。去年,该国新增约4 GW的太阳能发电量。
