该生态组织的总干事Nicolas Defrenne在最近的一次新闻发布会上表示，在回收到的5207吨太阳能组件中，4431吨来自法国大陆，1661吨来自奥克西塔尼亚，775吨来自海外领土。此外，现场收集的太阳能组件达4,804吨，另有403吨组件则是被带到自愿收集点的。
Defrenne表示，加工太阳能电池板总量（3631吨）中有3286吨（90%）被回收利用。其余部分则被填埋（8.87%）或再利用（0.64%）。然而，Defrenne指出，“在法国拆卸的太阳能电池板中，有40%没有进入我们的市场，因为它们是通过或多或少受到控制的再利用渠道出售、转售或出口的，尤其是流向发展中国家。”
Soren认识到推进光伏组件二次生命周期的重要性，并与Envie围绕回收利用生产线展开了合作。尽管如此，该生态组织指出了与非法部门相关的风险。
该组织呼吁建立认证，包括电气绝缘和电致发光等技术测试，类似于法国初创公司Solreed对二手太阳能电池板的重新鉴定与认证，其还在推动一项300万欧元（320万美元）的回收再利用基金，该基金将在2023年至2027年期间使用。
该活动报告显示，2023年有32万吨太阳能电池板进入市场。
