该协议计划安装26 MWh的系统，并由Torus专有软件平台提供支持，实现智能能源管理、需求响应能力以及与可再生能源和电动汽车充电基础设施的无缝集成。
该项目还将获益于Torus参与Rocky Mountain Power的Wattsmart电池计划，该计划通过将储能资源整合到虚拟电厂（VPP）生态系统中来提升电网弹性。Torus的VPP平台实现了对需求响应、能源套利和频率调节的预测分析。
