阿尔巴尼亚基础设施和能源部表示，1月份启动的300 MW光伏招标已确定了9家入围投标商。
参与的开发商提交了283.93 MW的项目建议书，平均价格为0.0513欧元（0.0557美元）/千瓦时。14家投标商参加了采购活动，共提交了355.93 MW的项目建议书。
政府已经排除了法国可再生能源公司Voltalia在卡拉瓦斯塔开发的一个72 MW太阳能项目，该项目提交了0.05994欧元/千瓦时的报价。政府表示，目前将把这部分排除在外的容量留作“储备”。
其他预先选定的投标商包括Blessed and Matrix Construction（36 MW，出价0.051欧元/千瓦时），Seman SunPower shpk、通用电气和Agna sha（10 MW，出价0.051/千瓦时）。Aga Solar和Notus Energy投标55.7 MW的项目、出价为0.0499欧元/千瓦时，而Solar PV、Gr ALBANIA、Enterprise Albania和RAB提议了29.13 MW、出价为0.0548欧元/千瓦小时。JGA Consulting、SWiss Approval Albania、Eterna和Gr Albania竞标15.2 MW、出价为0.0547欧元/千瓦时。
Smart Gynesh Energy Technology、Smart Energy Group和Erseka Solar也以0.05353欧元/千瓦时的价格竞标一个40.3 MW项目并以0.05628欧元/千瓦小时的价格竞标另一个20.2 MW的项目。Solar Park Gjorica、Infotelecom和Adam Global Energy提议以0.0397欧元/千瓦时的价格竞标35.6 MW容量，而Eco Park Group、Birra Peja、Vlorem Energy shpk、Future Energy Trading和Exchange Dynamic以0.05611欧元/千瓦小时的价格投标41.8 MW项目。
阿尔巴尼亚当局为此次拍卖活动设定了0.05997欧元/千瓦时的最高限价。中标开发商将获得为期15年的差价合约（CfD）。
在2021年的上一次采购活动中，阿尔巴尼亚当局向法国公司Voltalia授予了一个100 MW的太阳能项目，后者提交了0.02989欧元/千瓦时的最低报价。Voltalia还中标了位于卡拉瓦斯塔的140 MW光伏项目，中标价为0.02489欧元/千瓦时。该项目已于2020年完成。
根据国际可再生能源机构（IRENA）的最新统计数据，截至2022年底阿尔巴尼亚的累计光伏装机容量仅为163 MW。
