Solar Energy Corp. of India（SECI）在第四次招标中选择了提供带储能系统的可再生能源项目的稳定且可调度电力的开发商，中标价为INR 4.98 ($0.059)/kWh。
SECI最初为提供1.26 GW的固定和可调度电力进行招标，但随后减少到630 MW。在630 MW总招标容量中，SECI采购的625 MW已准备出售给德里的BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd（BRPL）和BSES Yamuna Power Ltd（BYPL），剩余5 MW已准备出售给古吉拉特邦的GIFT Power Co. Ltd（GIFT PCL）。
其中JSW Neo Energy获得了230 MW，Hero Future Energies、Hexa Climate、Serentica Renewables和Vena Energy各获得100 MW。
中标开发商将建立可再生能源项目，并配备储能系统，以需求跟踪的方式提供累计630 MW的稳定可调度可再生能源。
世界经济论坛先进能源解决方案印度负责人Debmalya Sen说：“由于本次招标放宽了部分投标标准，[SECI] FDRE 2招标的价格发现比INR 5.59/kWh（最终被取消）低11%。招标经过了多次修改，投标容量从1,260 MW降至630 MW，负荷曲线从最初的15分钟曲线改为每小时曲线，需求满足率（DFR）指标从最初的每月90%降至每月80%。”
