菲律宾当局正在举行虚拟听证会，以决定拟议的250 MW浮动太阳能项目是否可以连接至吕宋岛的电网。
NKS Solar One是菲律宾Blueleaf Energy公司和NKS Energy Utilities公司的合资企业，计划开发、持有和运营专用的点对点有限传输设施。这些设施将建在马尼拉东南部拉古纳省的卡利拉亚湖和卢莫特湖上。
该公司正在寻求能源监管委员会（ERC）的批准，以便继续推进该项目。听证会日期目前尚未公布。
根据备案文件，该项目共包含两期：卡利拉亚湖162 MW浮动太阳能电池阵列和卢莫特湖88 MW浮动太阳能电池阵列。
NKS Solar One希望通过一条长6公里的双路230 kV输电线路，将卡利拉亚站点与菲律宾国家电网公司的230 kV Lumban变电站连接起来。卢莫特站点将通过一条6公里的单回路230 kV输电线路连接到NKS卡利拉亚变电站。
据文件披露，该项目的总成本预计为16.2亿菲律宾比索（合2,760万美元），但最终的实际成本可能会有所变化。
NKS Solar One表示，专用设施项目将由公司独家出资，不会对监管收费造成影响。但是，更改230 kV NGCP Lumban变电站连接点的费用将由电网运营商进行报销。
该项目计划于今年第四季度开始建设，预计于2026年1月完工，并于2026年第一季度开始运营。
今年早些时候，菲律宾能源部表示，今年将启动近2 GW的太阳能项目，可能比自2023年底以来该国的太阳能装机容量增加一倍以上。
