欧洲制造业是位于香港的质量保证服务机构Sinovoltaics最新供应链报告的重点，报告给出了121个生产基地的情况，而上一版报告则包含该地区的91个生产基地。
据分析师称，《Sinovoltaics供应链地图（SSCM）——欧洲2024年第二季度》进行了大量信息更新。Sinovoltaics使用的是铭牌产能数据和公开信息。
分析师指出，欧洲、土耳其和哈萨克斯坦目前拥有22 GW的组件产能，并称，“各方”还宣布在2027年至2030年期间再增加38 GW组件产能。
电池片产能为3 GW，未来几年将增加37 GW，到2027-30年总产能将达到40 GW。分析师指出，由于位于挪威的Norsun公司暂停了其在欧洲的生产设施，硅锭产能已降至2 GW。
该报告称，位于克罗地亚的Vallis Solaris、西班牙的Silicon Valen和土耳其的Kalyon PV计划在2027-30年前实现20 GW 的硅锭产能。报告还列出了13家“暂停生产或将生产转移”到欧洲以外的制造商。
Sinovoltaics定期发布供应链地图，向开发商和行业成员介绍新兴光伏供应商和全球太阳能制造业的最新发展。报告以信息图表和数据表格的形式免费发布。
报告范围涵盖组件、电池片、晶圆、硅锭、多晶硅和多晶硅生产商当前和计划中的生产活动，给出每个制造商在各工厂所在地的产能，用图标表示公司是否已破产，或生产基地是否已关闭或搁置。
