Pexapark的最新报告称，欧洲开发商在7月份签署了24份购电协议，总容量达1196 MW。
与6月相比，7月份签署的购电协议数量增加了27%，共达成了24项交易。Pexapark表示，这使得7月成为2024年迄今为止第四强劲的月份。
7月，跟踪的PPA价格达到51.60欧元（57.38美元）/MWh，环比增长3.1%。法国和北欧的购电协议价格涨幅最大，分别上涨5.2%和5.1%。荷兰、德国、意大利、葡萄牙和西班牙市场价格也有所上涨。而英国和波兰的购电协议价格略有下降，降幅分别为0.2%和0.3%。
法国签署了7月份规模最大的购电协议。零售批发公司家乐福（Carrefour）与法国可再生能源开发商GreenYellow签署了一项350 MW的现场太阳能协议。Pexapark称，这是迄今为止欧洲最大的分散式太阳能购电协议，也是法国迄今为止记录的最大规模太阳能购电协议。
根据这项购电协议的条款，一半的多站点太阳能开发项目将于2026年底投产。Pexapark报告称，一旦完工，这些站点每年将生产450 GWh的电力。
A2A集团和Enfinity Global在意大利签署的134 MW太阳能交易是7月份达成的第二大交易，也是该月唯一的公用事业购电协议。
与此同时，卢森堡签署了史上第一份购电协议。EDP的姊妹公司Enerdeal和轮胎制造商GoodYear Luxembourg签署了为期20年的现场购电协议，约定将在该公司位于卢森堡Colmar-Berg的工厂安装5 MW的屋顶太阳能和2 MW的车棚光伏系统。该项目将在2025年上半年完工，预计将生产6.5 GWh的电力。
