Buraiq可再生能源公司、Moya可再生能源公司和Nabah可再生能源公司已经签署了融资协议。ACWA电力公司分别持有上述三家公司35.1%的股份，沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金的全资子公司Badeel分别持有34.9%的股份，剩余股份则由沙特阿美电力公司持有。
此次融资涉及的银行包括沙法银行、阿联酋国民银行、第一阿布扎比银行、汇丰银行、瑞穗银行、利雅得银行、沙特国家银行和渣打银行。协议期限约为27.3年，ACWA电力公司的担保仅限于过桥贷款和储备资本。
根据国际可再生能源署（IRENA）的数据，截至2023年底，沙特阿拉伯的太阳能发电量为2,285 MW。该国的目标是到本十年期末，至少一半的电力来自可再生能源。
今年7月，ACWA电力公司获得了5.33亿美元资金，用于建设迄今为止中亚最大的电池储能项目——位于乌兹别克斯坦的200 MW太阳能发电厂和500 MWh电池储能系统。
