菲律宾配电公司More Power已成立一站式服务点，负责处理净计量和分布式能源（DER）申请。
该公司的服务范围涵盖菲律宾西米沙鄢地区的伊洛伊洛市，并与Negros Electric and Power Corporation和Bohol Light Company Inc组建了合资企业。所以，此举意味着一站式服务点也将惠及内格罗斯岛中部地区和保和省塔比拉兰市的消费者。
精简流程已获得菲律宾能源监管委员会（ERC）的批准。
为了支持这项倡议，ERC将在精简文件提交、安装流程、付款程序和许可方面提供技术和监管专业知识。
MORE Power总裁兼首席执行官Roel Castro表示：“此举旨在简化对可再生能源解决方案感兴趣的消费者的申请流程。”
ERC今年年中发布的数据显示，在2015年至2024年6月期间，菲律宾根据其净计量计划向合格的最终用户颁发了13189份合规证书，相当于116.3 MW的发电量。
2022年11月，菲律宾将其净计量规模限制提高至1 MW。而在2008年启动净计量计划推出之时，该阈值仅为100 kW。
