保加利亚能源部已公布该国首次可再生能源拍卖的最终结果。在此次采购活动中，政府向397个项目拨款5.26亿保加利亚列弗。
保加利亚政府为规模在200 kW至2 MW之间的项目拨款1.075亿保加利亚列弗，并为2 MW以上的项目拨款4.275亿保加利亚列弗。第一组项目的签约发电量为435 MW、储能容量为176 MW，而第二组的发电量达2.66 GW、储能容量为1 GW。
中标开发商必须在2026年3月31日前完成各自的项目。
此次拍卖是保加利亚国家复苏和可持续发展计划的一部分，旨在助力疫情后的经济和社会复苏。
2021年5月，保加利亚承诺到2038年逐步淘汰煤炭。2023年，该国启动了一项推广太阳能热水系统、屋顶光伏阵列和电池的计划。
根据国际可再生能源机构（IRENA）的数据，到2023年底保加利亚的太阳能发电装机容量为2937 MW。该国的目标是到2030年让可再生能源占到电力消耗的34.7%。
