“简而言之,我们将开发使用印刷铜代替银的钙钛矿-硅串叠电池。ISE独有的FlexTrail印刷技术必不可少。我们正与光伏和印刷电子领域的伙伴合作,为欧洲光伏生产创造技术优势,”ISE光伏部门印刷技术组组长Roman Keding告诉《光伏》杂志。
名为Kumelle的该项目将探索三种铜金属化方法:丝网印刷、FlexTrail印刷和旋转印刷。旋转印刷研究将涉及两种变体:柔性版印刷和间接凹版印刷。
据报道,拟用技术兼容TOPCon或异质结底部电池。Keding表示:“一切都将在ISE的PV-TEC和Pero-Si-SCALE技术平台上得到验证和展示。”他所指是2023年启动的光伏-硅串叠研究扩展设施,将为研究者提供生产、表征和分析工具和技术。
Keding说:“我们预计技术就绪水平(TRL)将达到6级。”TRL衡量系统技术组件的成熟度,分为1到9级不等,9代表可完全投入商业应用的成熟技术。 该项目从中联邦经济事务和气候行动部(BMWK)的能源研究计划获得320万欧元(330万美元)资助。 项目合作伙伴包括德国acp systems AG、ContiTech Deutschland功能性印刷技术中心、Elantas Europe GmbH、Eckart GmbH、Saralon GmbH。另外还有两个相关合作伙伴:德国的Qcells技术与创新中心和以色列的PV Nanocell。 今年早些时候,弗劳恩霍夫组织的同一小组展示了间接凹版印刷在硅异质结太阳能电池金属化中的应用。
