德国联邦网络局表示,其能源转型实时数据平台SMARD的数据显示,2024年该国共有457个小时的批发电价为负,超出了2023年的301个小时。
该机构指出,2024年高于0.10欧元(0.10美元)/千瓦时的高电力交换价格发生频率有所降低,从2023年的4106个小时降至2296个小时。日前市场的平均批发价格同比下降17.5%,降至0.07851欧元/千瓦时。
德国联邦网络局还报告称,2024年可再生能源在净发电量中的占比为59%,比2023年上升了三个百分点。这一数据与弗劳恩霍夫太阳能系统研究所(Fraunhofer ISE)预估的62.7%存在偏差,因为德国联邦网络局是根据并网发电量减去自发自用电量来计算的。
该机构表示,德国的2024年度净发电量下降至431.7 TWh,降幅为4.2%。其中,可再生能源发电量为254.9 TWh,包括111.9 TWh的陆上风电容量,以及63.3 TWh的光伏发电量(高于2023年的55.7 TWh)。光伏发电量占到净发电量的14.7%,而陆上风电的占比接近26%。
常规能源发电量下降近11%,降至176.8 TWh。无烟煤发电量暴跌31.2%,褐煤发电量下降8.8%,而燃气发电量增长8.6%。
