《国家电力战略》规定，私营企业对可再生能源的投资额将在60亿至90亿美元之间，用以增加6.4 GW至9.5 GW发电量。
CFE最初提出的总容量（包括私营企业发电量在内）在最佳情况下将达到近23 GW。而辛鲍姆总统如今宣布的总容量为27 GW，比《国家电力战略》中的预测量高出4 GW。
