6月16日将举行30 MW的太阳能拍卖，随后三天将举行三次20 MW的太阳能拍卖。在四次太阳能拍卖中，能源部设定的最高价格为34.61哈萨克斯坦坚戈（0.069美元/千瓦时）。
有兴趣参加太阳能拍卖的投标人需在四次拍卖前至少提前12天提交文件，完成投标参会注册手续，该注册从2025年4月22日开始，完成注册的投标人方可参加第一次太阳能拍卖。
该计划还提供了一些计划项目预留地块的详细信息，以及有关能源传输组织连接到电网点的潜力信息。
根据国际可再生能源署（IRENA）的数据，截至2023年底，哈萨克斯坦的累计太阳能发电量为1.3 GW。
