根据第四轮绿色能源招标计划，菲律宾的目标是新增1,100MW的太阳能发电能力，并配备储能系统。 “太阳能发电厂+电池储能系统”项目预计将提高电网的可靠性和灵活性，同时支持该国不断增长的电力需求。所有项目均需配置最短4小时的储能时长，以确保足够的电网支持和能源可靠性。
