瑞士政府机构 Pronovo公布了即将进行的150 kW以上光伏装置拍卖的指导方针，该拍卖将于2025年4月17日至5月1日进行。
该细分市场有两种计酬方式可供选择。第一种计酬方式是高单一酬金（RUE），每千瓦电力以瑞士法郎支付，最多可支付基准装置投资费用的60%。投标人必须提交以瑞士法郎计价的每千瓦电力价格，最高报价为每千瓦600瑞士法郎（552欧元）。拍卖容量为50 MW。
第二种计酬方式是浮动市场溢价（PMF），这种计酬方式对20年内所生产的电量设定固定的上网电价（每千瓦以瑞士法郎计）。投标书必须以美分/每千瓦为单位，最高出价为每千瓦时0.09瑞士法郎。如果拍卖继续进行，投标的价格和任何奖金将在20年内保持不变。
浮动市场溢价激励计划加入后不允许退出。拍卖需求量也是50 MW。
一些瑞士光伏公司对每千瓦时0.09欧元的上限价格表示担忧，称这个价格对大多数项目来说无法提供足够的盈利空间。
申请人必须从以上两种方式中任选一种作为付款方式，同时需要提前缴纳300瑞士法郎的参与费，代替之前的保证金。
在这两种情况下，产生的电力都必须完全输入电网；不允许自用。生产者负责市场营销。
在拍卖时，尽管尚未开始建设，但是光伏系统必须提前准备好，以待建设。所有必要的建筑许可都必须提前取得，并明确其他施工条件。
根据瑞士太阳能公司Swissolar的临时数据，瑞士在2024年新安装了大约1.78 GW的光伏容量，相较2023年的1.64 GW和2022年的1.08 GW有所增长，使2024年成为新装机容量创纪录的一年。然而，Swissolar公司预计这一增长将放缓，预计2025年和2026年的年新增装机容量分别为1.51 GW和1.56 GW。
